Person Centred Care

We pride ourselves in being able to offer a personalised service. Before you decide to move in with us we will encourage you to come and spend some time with us where you will be able to meet the team and the people that already live here.

Visiting Professionals

We have weekly visits from our long standing hairdresser, chiropodist and optician to enhance our residents well-being. We are also supported by the SEQOL district nursing team, prospect hospice, physiotherapists and various local doctors surgeries.

We provide several hot meals throughout the day and all food is prepared freshly on site. You are able to eat in your own rooms if they wish although we encourage everyone to eat together. There is always a choice at mealtimes and we will cater for any dietary requirements.

All laundry is carried out onsite using commercial laundry equipment. We pride ourselves in ensuring your clothing is returned to you in promptly and correctly. We do not offer a dry cleaning facility on site, however we can arrange for it to be carried out locally for an extra charge.

We actively support service users to attend appointments which cannot be carried out onsite by a visiting professional. Transport can be provided to ensure minimal disruption.
