Julie Atherton – Registered Manager

Julie joined Bluebells in 2014 bringing over 30 years of experience working in health and social care becoming our home manager in November 2018 and our Registered Manager in June 2019. Julie has worked in a variety of care settings including a national care provider developing her skills and knowledge which she now implements within her current role.

 

“My goal is to see Bluebells as a home of excellence making individuals feel safe and well cared for in a bespoke person centred way. I am currently undertaking my Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Health and Social Care”

 

Our Team

Our trained team approach everyday with professionalism and compassion delivering a service that is unique to each individuals needs in a person centred way that is dignified and safe.

 

Cooks

Our cooks provide home made meals using locally bought ingredients catering for individual dietary needs and requests. They offer a varied menu which is regularly changed to give individuals new experiences. Our cooks have a wealth of experience between them and are qualified in food safety ensuring that our scores on the doors are maintained!

 

Housekeeper

Our dedicated housekeeper ensures individual’s rooms are clean and well maintained whilst keeping the home fresh and welcoming.
